Publicity
Acknowledgements and visibility for Call of the Moose
Minnesota campaign partners and sponsors will include:
- Sponsorships, partnerships and promotions publicized and
acknowledged by the DNR and LKO with links to the Moose Campaign and
DNR websites
- Promotional and sponsorship opportunities organized by LKO and
DNR providing branding publicity
- Various spaces at DNR facilities across the state used to
acknowledge partnership and sponsors
- All sponsor partners receive a signed certificate and
acknowledgment from the DNR Commissioner
- Moose research and management-related talks provided by DNR
staff - Partnerships will be acknowledged
- The Call of the Moose Minnesota Campaign will be highly visible
on the DNR Grounds at the Minnesota State Fair. DNR figures show
500,000 visitors annually to the DNR location at State Fair.
Business partners will receive ongoing acknowledgements and
publicity during the fair.
EMMY AWARD WINNING RECORDING ARTIST MICHAEL MONROE

Emmy
Award winner, Michael Monroe wrote and recorded an original song and
dedicated it to the Call of the Moose Minnesota campaign. Monroe blends
his rich vocals, guitars, bamboo and crystal flutes together to make a
truly unique Minnesota sound. His new CD, entitled Call of the Moose: A
Musical Tribute to the Elusive Moose, was created in partnership with
the MN Department of Natural Resources and Les Kouba Outdoors. A portion
of the proceeds from CDs sales supports moose research and population
management in Minnesota.
